Yes, as long as the Sponsored Adult Dependent was covered on their plan immediately prior to retirement. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ of Missouri ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ plans do not allow retirees to add dependents to their coverage after their date of retirement.
