1. Policy -- It is the policy of the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ to provide parking space upon the grounds of the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ for its regular employees and students within the limitation of available space.
       It is in the best interest of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ employees and students that rules and regulations be adopted governing the parking and operation of vehicles by ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ employees and students.
2. Fees and Regulations -- Parking fees and regulations for parking and operation of vehicles may be established on a campus, subject to approval by the Chancellor.
3. Fines -- Fines for traffic and parking violations may be established on a campus, subject to approval by the President.
