1. When ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ employees or staff are assigned to foreign service with governmental agencies their compensation shall be in accord with the accepted policies and guidelines of the sponsoring agency if any are in effect. If there are no standing polices, then the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ will operate in accord with the policies established by AID.
