No student activity or organization shall solicit, directly or indirectly, financial aid from friends of the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. The Committee on Student Affairs shall have the power to grant exemptions from the operation of this rule. The following two exemptions have been approved:
- Fraternities and sororities may solicit funds from their own alumni for their own projects, and
- Student religious organizations may solicit funds for their own projects.
