ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ departmental purchases from Sam's Club should be limited to small dollar purchases of items that are not available through existing contracts on Show-Me Shop, or ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ departments. All purchases must be made in accordance with established ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ purchasing policy.  If you are located in or near Columbia, AND you have a business need to make multiple purchase from Sam's Club, you may purchase a departmental Sam's Club membership for in-store and online purchases.

If you prefer, you may check out a Sam's Club membership card from the Procurement Office for in-store purchases.  This card must be returned within a reasonable amount of time following the purchase.

NOTE: The ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ OneCard is the only method of payment allowed. Personal items ARE NOT allowed to be purchased with the Corporate Membership.
